4.2 Billing

All purchases are processed through Google Play. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Google Play's Terms of Service
• Automatic renewal for subscription plans unless cancelled
• Price changes with 30 days notice

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

4.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any data you enter into Subio, including subscription details and personal information.

5.2 License

By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5.3 Prohibited Content

You may not use Subio to store or transmit:

• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
• Malicious software or code
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

Subio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Subio Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the app
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the app for competitive analysis
• Distribute or resell the app

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Subio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Notifications will always be delivered on time
• The app will be compatible with all devices
• Calculated totals or insights are 100% accurate

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subio Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or data
• Missed subscription cancellations or renewals
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Subio Inc. and its employees from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Subio integrates with third-party services. We are not responsible for:

• The availability or performance of third-party services

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
