Request permanent deletion of your account and data
We respect your right to privacy and data control. If you wish to permanently delete your Subio account and all associated data, please submit a request below.
What Will Be Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account information and profile
- All subscription data you've entered
- Notification preferences and settings
- Usage history and analytics data
- Any other personal information associated with your account
Important Information
- This action is permanent and cannot be undone
- Data deletion will be completed within 30 days of your request
- You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete
- Some data may be retained for legal or security purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through Google Play before submitting this request
